How do you use a wax melt?
You break off a chunk from one of our bars and place it in the well of a wax melt burner. Place a small tea light underneath and let it melt the wax and fill your room with the fragrance. Warning- do not leave a wax burner unattended.
How long should each wax melt last?
Each piece will last around 9 hours.
How do you change a wax melt?
When you are ready to change your wax melt there are different ways you ca do this. Firstly, you can soak up the melted wax with a couple of cotton pads. Secondly, you can scoop out the hard wax with a spoon. Warning- be careful if the wax is hot.
Is your packaging recyclable?
The cardboard boxes and tissue paper is widely recyclable. We also use a small amount of bubble wrap to ensure added protection which can be recycled at an independent drop-off collection point. You can find the nearest collection point on www.recyclenow.com
What if there is a problem with my order?
We hope you are more than happy with your order. However, if you are unhappy please email sales@mywillowhouse.co.uk.
Items can be returned up to 14 days of receiving and must be returned unused in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage costs of returning the item. Unfortunately, opened/used items cannot be returned.
